- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology

Feel free to make substitutions. Use fresh or frozen fruit. Use almond, rice, hemp or coconut milks for vegan diets; regular and skim milk for nonvegan diets (the more milk you add, the creamier.)
